4. SMS & Text Messaging Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (for example, by submitting a form that includes a phone number and an SMS consent checkbox, or by texting our business number), you consent to receive recurring text messages (SMS/MMS) from Solar Dealers. These messages may include appointment confirmations, project updates, service reminders, promotions, and marketing communications.

Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

5. GoHighLevel / LeadConnector Platform

We use GoHighLevel (including its LeadConnector booking and messaging tools) as our customer relationship management (CRM) and communications platform. This platform allows us to manage leads, schedule appointments, send emails, and deliver SMS/text messages.

Information you provide — including your name, email, phone number, and appointment details — may be stored and processed within the GoHighLevel platform on our behalf. GoHighLevel processes this data in accordance with its own privacy and security practices, and we require it to protect your information. Our booking links and forms (including any links under our domain such as /appointment) are powered by this platform.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our third-party partners use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activity. These help us remember your preferences, understand how our site is used, and deliver relevant advertising.

  • Essential cookies: required for the website and forms to function.
  • Analytics cookies: help us measure traffic and improve performance (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Advertising cookies & pixels: used to show relevant ads and measure ad performance (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Ads).

You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of interest-based advertising through tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) or the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI). Disabling cookies may affect certain features of our website.

7. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Advertising

We advertise on Meta Platforms (including Facebook and Instagram) and may use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our ads and to reach people who may be interested in our services. If you interact with our ads or our website, Meta may collect information in accordance with Meta's Data Policy.

When you submit a lead form or contact us through a Meta ad (including Meta Lead Ads) or our website, we receive the information you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, and details about your project — and use it to respond to your inquiry and provide our services.

Advertising Preferences

You can manage your ad preferences through Meta's Ads Preferences page or through the settings on Facebook/Instagram. We do not sell your personal information.

We do not sell your personal information. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

9. Data Security & Retention
